Project focusing on the impact that sound has on our lives
Chelsea College of Arts co-commissioned leading German artist Tobias Rehberger to transform HMS President as part of 14-18 NOW, World War 1 Centenary Art Commissions.
Rehberger transformed the ship using contemporary 'dazzle' camouflage designs, inspired by the original dazzle ships of the first World War.
HMS President (1918) is one of the last three remaining ships that were originally painted with dazzle camouflage during World War 1.
The project was curated by Professor Chris Wainwright.
